Allie joins the Tulane Hillel team as a Marketing and Social Media Intern. This coming May, Allie will be graduating from Tulane with a BA in Sociology and Social Policy & Practice. She hopes to continue living and working in New Orleans after graduation in either social work or public policy. When she is not working or eating at Hillel, Allie loves going on runs in Audubon, writing, and listening to her favorite band Phish. She is very excited to be interning for Hillel and working alongside her awesome fellow interns and Hillel staff.
Leo Henkin is a third year Jewish Studies and Jazz Studies student at Tulane. As our Jewish Life Intern, he gets to further his education and apply his passion for Jewish learning to his every day life. During the summer, Leo works as the Head Songleader and Assistant Programming Director at URJ Six Points Sci-Tech Academy. On campus, Leo is involved in TUSTEP, the Tulane University Marching Band, and helps lead services on Friday nights at Hillel.
Arielle Barrow is a senior at Tulane University studying Management and Marketing. As the Birthright recruiter, Arielle promotes and recruits Tulane students for a summer trip to Israel. Outside of Hillel, Arielle is involved in Kappa Alpha Theta, Tulane University American Marketing Association, and has served on the board for both Tidal Wave, and Crawfest. Her happy places include local coffee shops, yoga studios, and the Fly. She is eager to work with Hillel staff to assist other students’ journeys to Israel. After graduation, she is excited to begin a career with Bloomberg BNA.
Josh is a sophomore from Springfield, OR pursuing a B.S.M. in Finance and a minor in Biomedical Engineering. He has previously involved himself in Hillel by assisting the past 2 Shabbat Interns, and is excited to further serve the Hillel community as the current intern. Outside of Hillel, Josh works as a Changemaker Institute Fellow at the Taylor Center, an RA in Monroe and the sports Photography Editor for The Hullabaloo.
